Today has been a pretty good day! I got up and went to water aerobics. I love it and haven't been in a few weeks. I need to get back into a routine there. I feel so much better after I go. After water aerobics, we took the kiddos to the Natural History Museum and then out to a late lunch/early dinner. I ate healthy all day and only ate part of my meal at the restaurant. When we got home, I realized that I still needed to get 2500 more steps to get to my goal of 10k. So, I got my butt on the treadmill and walked 2.5 miles. I really wanted to run, but today is a rest day, so I didn't force myself.
All in all, I did really well so I am excited. I just need to keep it up and not give up after a week or two!
