I vowed on the 2nd to blog "often" and it lasted until Wednesday. Five days. I guess that's not too bad. I've got to get back at it though. Tonight, I'm ahead of the game. (3 minutes until my alarm goes off emoticon)
Thursday, I started up another run clinic. I have seven new runners hoping to run 10kms in March. I've no doubt that each of them will attain that goal.
Friday, I took an unexpected rest day when the universe just decided that it was going yo screw me over one "Plan B" at a time.
Saturday, semi-planned rest day. I decided to go for a walk while Roo did yoga but then she didn't go. AND my massage therapist had a last minute cancellation so I did that instead.
Sunday, that would be today, didn't exactly go as planned either. I woke up with a raging sinus headache and had to skip my run. Made a date to do it later but I still felt icky so I took a nap instead. All together, I think I napped for five hours today. At least I ate when I was awake and drank water, too.
Tomorrow is Monday. My clothes are set out for the gym. Roo has preschool so I'll drop her off and keep going. No backing down.
