How Do You FORCE Yourself To Workout When You Don't Feel Like It?

I'm eating right. Trying to sleep, but having a hard time. Lots of aches and pains and insomnia. Not feeling any energy to workout. Why? I think it might be mental. I think there's something that makes me want to stay at my desk and work, but not get on my feet and work.
My question is: HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO EXERCISE WHEN IT'S THE LAST THING YOU FEEL LIKE DOING?
I need inspiration!
