No motivation

I'm having trouble getting exercise in. I'm not busy. It's more lethargy or plain laziness. It seems I always have an excuse. Ugh!

    I feel the same way daily and I always tell myself one day at a time, one step at a time. Really think about it who and why are you doing this. Will it benefit you in the long run. emoticon emoticon

    As you watch TV lift some weights. When you get up to go to the restroom do some knee bends. Put up sticky notes on the fridge - do 10 jumping jacks before you open. One in the bathroom do 1min plank before you wash up....turn on you tube do a 5min k
