New Year, Same Goal

My goal last year was to lose 5 pounds per month with a total weight lost of 60 pounds for the year.So I missed my goal by 50 pounds. In 2014 I lost 10 pounds and in 2015 I lost 10 pounds. At that rate it will take me another 9 years to reach my goal of 182. My weight on January 1 was 272 pounds and I am really struggling with good and bad days. So my goal is to lose 5 pounds a month this year for a total of 60 pounds. That means i should weigh 212 pounds at the end of the year.
However, I did have a great success. I have not had a soda in over 1 year. I use to drank a gallon a day.
