Here we go again...I remember others posting this type of blog in the past and wondering how people could 'fall off the wagon"...I was so sure my weight loss was permanent. Most of it has been...but, with the holidays and too many business meals and long days at work...hmmm...things are feeling snug. Time to get down to business on my weight again. Even 5 pounds would be good as a jumpstart. There just hasn't seemed to be a great time. Even now my will is strong...yet I am about to head out of town on another business trip. Sitting on an aircraft is not compatible with rocking my Fitbit. At a minimum I will be mindful of meals out. And will pack running shoes this time. Along with my jump rope. Aerobic/cardio needs to kick in. Hot yoga is awesome for detoxing and relaxation but I need to burn more calories. Somewhere between the 3-5 hours per day working out madness that was so successful for me before and sanity I should be able to drop 5 pounds, right?
Repeat after me...the treadmill is my friend
