I made my first green smoothie and it was delicious. It contained kale, peanut butter, one banana, pineapples, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and 2 teaspoons of honey. I was so excited that I made this healthy breakfast drink at home. And it was delicious. I couldn't taste the kale. But as I added the calories I became discouraged. My healthy smoothie was over 500 calories. But I dont won't need a snack befor lunch. I haven't felt hungry and I have so much more energy. So this smoothie will be made again. But I will adjust my other meals.
