2016 update

My three main goals for 2016:
1. Return to a healthy weight. (down 2 pounds since 01/01)
2. Regain my upper body strength through weight training.
3. Find consistency.

So far, I've lost of bit of the weight that I gained and I've started going to my ST classes more often.


The one thing that I'm doing right, so far, in 2016 is more. More yoga, more ST, more freggies, more water. Near the end of 2015, I'd become inconsistent and, now, I'm having more "on" days than "off" days. It feels pretty good. The weight isn't sliding off like I'd hoped but I'm definitely feeling stronger.
