Day Not-Really-6 Blog Post

I joined the 21-Day New Member Challenge (

?calendar=6 ), even though I'd been around a while, so I could try and make sure there weren't parts of SparkPeople I hadn't noticed while wandering around on my own.
The challenge for day 6 is to write a blog post. I've made one before, but it was a while ago, so, I might as well add a new one for this.
They said talk about your progress, which I guess for me at this point is that I'm keeping on. A year or so ago I had a pretty good stint of weight-loss and consistent exercise, and then I stumbled and dropped the habits.
I haven't gained all the weight back, but I gained some and haven't made it back to my lowest number yet. I seemed to be working on the same 10 pounds over and over, in the do-good-for-a-while-then-stop cycle I'm in.
But I know it's something I can do. I just have to keep paying attention to what I'm eating, and get the exercise back in. So for now, I'm working on that.
Not really sure what else to say here, so, I think I'll just leave it at that
