I haven't blogged for a few days just forgot about it actually. I have been doing great on my weight loss goals - slow and steady but so excited that I have almost made it a whole month without a soda. My last one was Dec. 31st and I always drank at least one a day. I do feel better but I have also been trying to eat better and obviously exercise more - so glad to be seeing results on the scale. But it bothers me when I lost pounds and my fat % goes up! But hopefully that will go down also as the pounds go down, Lost about 10 pounds since I started so happy! Headed to a wedding this weekend - hope I can control my eating and drinking there. I didn't sleep very good last night but so glad I managed over an hour on the treadmill (too cold for me to walk outside) but just did a lower pace than normal.
