Getting things back on track. It was a very blah and rainy day, some local areas getting over 2 inches of rain. Not sure what my neighborhood got but wouldn't be surprised if it was around there. Woke up much later than I wanted to so big surprise breakfast has coffee. Lunch was leftover onion soup and dinner was leftover chili with a slice of toast and some greek yogurt in place of sour cream.

Last night I got in a short exercise video that had a lot of squats and lunges in it and boy I am feeling it in my thighs today. Tonight got in another short exercise video that was a standing abs workout. Watching them they seem fairly simple and like childs play, but when I actually do them they actually elevate my heart rate and get my shoulders to burn. Not the OMG something is wrong I must not be doing this right pain, but the wow you really are out of shape, years ago you would not be feeling this pain type of burn. I'm happy to say that both last night and tonight my heart rate after these videos was over 130 bpm which is right where it should be, for now anyway. I can't wait for the time where I see it increase which would mean that I'm getting stronger.

    Just wait-- if you keep at these videos, in a week, you will have made so much progress! It's shocking how fast the body learns and grows in fitness!

    Your doing great hun keep at it :). I use my Xbox one Fitness app for at home work outs and also my Facebook work out groups.
