The good news is that I lost three pounds this week. I was surprised because I ate out for dinner four times -- having fried clams one night. Yes, I know, not the way to go.
Tracking my calories helped. Now I know why my fasting blood sugar was so high last time it was tested. The Dove Dark Chocolate minis I've been eating at work have 45 calories each. I was eating them instead of lunch during the fall when it was super busy at work. This week, I only had 4. I hope I can keep it up.
I would like to add yogurt to my diet but can't have dairy. Can anyone recommend a lactsose free substitute?
