I had the honor of meeting a Medal of Honor recipient. Was so disappointed by the way I looked in this photo that I won't put it on Facebook.

I also noticed that I had some skin tags. I looked online and found that skin tags are common with people that are diabetic and the obese.

THE OBESE.

I have always just thought of myself as overweight - not obese.

    What a personal honor that would be to meet someone someone like that. Thank you for sharing this photo of you both. Put it on FB, you look fine. I can't see a single skin tag anywhere.

    As far as the O word is concerned, I thought if someone was really obese they could get a TV show about their life. The whole BMI, height, weight thing. Ugh, my BMI is around 35. Granted I need to loose some weight, but geeze.

    I see you have a lot of SP points so you know it's a process and as long as you're working your goals you are on the right track. Thanks for sharing your great day!

    There are many easy ways to remove skin tags on your own that don't hurt. I think you look good, not obese!
