Sticking to the plan pretty well. Need to not slip back to drinking caffeine daily but otherwise on track. Down 25 lbs. but with a lot of support from family and hubby's cooking. Still walking 5-6 times a week and have added 7 minute workout 3-4 times a week.
I am planning on going out Sat. with my daughter and mother to a very nice restaurant but have already picked out salad for dinner and will plan 1/2 a dessert. It is THE dessert place in Portland so will be careful this week so I can enjoy.
