January Results, February Plans

I posted this photo to remind myself that results take time...but they will come if I keep on working.
I had a good January. I started at 168 end ended at 165. My goal was 4 pounds so I fell short...but I am still happy to see progress!
I completed my planking challenge- Planked for over 2300 seconds= 38.33 minutes planking!!!
19 out of 31 days. 61% of the month.
This month I need to be less haphazard about my goals and plan more.
I have decided to continue my planking challenge and add a squat challenge (which is posted on my main page if you are interested)
I hope that I can get below 160, but I understand that the scale has a mind of its own. I will do the work I have outlined and will be back to report my progress later in the month.
