Happy hearts week 1

This month I am really focusing on my snacking and getting at least 10 minutes of fitness in a day at least 6 days a week. I will focus on making better choices when it comes to snacking. If I can consistently do a good job on these two goals I'll have a great jump start on my weight loss efforts by the end of the month! So far I've been doing great with the 10 minutes of fitness but still struggling quite a bit with the snacking.
