What should I do?

I'm going out to eat tonight with family to a family style restaurant so I can't order something else. (Really unhealthy chicken, salad with 20g of fat in the dressing that is pre made, french fries, pasta in sauce, rolls etc.) how do I go about this? I kept myself to 600 calories for the day so I'll have 900 for tonight. But I still feel like I'm just going to gain weight. :(

    Alternative 1... Have the Family realize your efforts and jointly go to an healthier place...

    Alternative 2... Talk to the waitress and ask for a "Special" dish, just for you... So then the Family will understand you really mean it and the next time they will go for Alternative 1, for their own good emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Well u could go out and eat small amounts of what is served. When offered more politely decline and shift the conversation. That way you can still join in without feeling like ur going to gain the weight back.

    Eat small amounts of what ever you are having. If you go over that's okay, just do some exercise to burn a few calories. It's okay to give yourself an off day, after working so hard all week :)
