What should I do?

I'm going out to eat tonight with family to a family style restaurant so I can't order something else. (Really unhealthy chicken, salad with 20g of fat in the dressing that is pre made, french fries, pasta in sauce, rolls etc.) how do I go about this? I kept myself to 600 calories for the day so I'll have 900 for tonight. But I still feel like I'm just going to gain weight. :(
