Winter Challenge Wrap up

Here are my action steps from the beginning of the challenge:
1. Weigh in every day - even lost over 3 pounds!!
NOPE 2. Get over 50,000 steps a week - can barely get 3000 steps a day. Lyme meds & a cold have kicked my butt in Jan/Feb.
3. Stay in calorie range (1400-1700) - only a handful of days going over
4. Complete one Challenge each month :
Dec = Find 10 on SP - very helpful to stay on track during the holidays!
Jan = financial focus book, 21 days - LOVED this!! Trying hard to get out of debt!!
NOPE - Feb = Spring into Shape on SP (see step excuse)
NOPE - 5. Do 3 sessions of strength training, yoga, or pilates each week. I really miss my Kathy Smith yoga video that SP/Youtube carried. I need to spend the money & get it on DVD. It was my favorite non-Leslie Sansone workout!!
Not a bad challenge considering all the holidays & medical issues. Hoping Spring will be better!!
