Its just really hard to keep workouts up when my schedule for work is all over the place. Heres the kicker, my AMAZING husband is a trainer and works out faithfully 6 days a week at 6 a.m. ! Hes home from one job at midnight & up 6 days a week at 5 a.m. . Sometimes doing 3-4 workouts in a day! Hes 53, Im 44. Im only 15lbs overweight at best, so its not alot of weight to slow me but it does. He loves me more curvey, all day everyday. lol I feel really lazy compared to this ex Marine. Just venting.. Whats my problem? Why cant I commit to workouts?
