Warning - I am strange and off-putting

So, a small random strange bit of info about me (don't worry, I have a point):
I like sweat.
I always have, for some strange reason. I like to see people sweating, I like to sweat, and I have never been that girl who didn't run in P.E. because "ewww, I'll get all sweaty!"
No, I didn't run in P. E. Because it HURT. I don't like pain, so yeah I have always been pudgy even when I was thinner.
I like sweat and when I start sweating I rejoice! I think to myself "yes! I'm healthy! My body is working like it is supposed to!"
The problem is that I don't sweat like most people do. I have to work very hard in high humidity / warm clothes to be able to sweat at all, as well as keeping a high water intake and eating less meat and more whole grains/fresh vegetables.
Yes I did extensive research.
But the point behind this blog post is not to complain about how weird I am, but to celebrate!
I managed to work up a sweat today!!
Progress can be measured in more ways than just the scale. Forward momentum is awesome isn't it?
