Happy Hearts week 3

Blog about your favorite type of cardio, how about your least favorite?

My favorite type of cardio is swimming. Unfortunately the town I live in now does not have an indoor swimming pool so I don't get to go anymore except a few times in the summer & then the outdoor pool we have is not very condusive to lap swimming. So, I mainly use my elliptical.

My least favorite is HIIT. I think the High Intensity Interval Training is great because it is so short, but I"m just not fit enough to really get the impact I think for it to really be a good enough work out for me. Maybe one day!

    HIIT workouts look intense, something i may have been able to do 20 years ago, but not now. I'm tired just watching 5 minutes of it on YouTube! i'd stick to low impact, too!
