The new me

So I have great news! I got baptised on Friday so I'm brand new! I'm so glad that I've made this change for myself and I'm really going to push to make my body new also. So today is day #1 of eating differently. Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 pieces of whole wheat/grain toast, pinch of cheese Lunch: yummy chef salad Dinner: baked chicken and broccoli Snack: whipped yogurt, and travel sized pack of green beans I start working out tomorrow morning, I'm gonna hate it because I'll be sleepy but I know after a few weeks I'll be adjusted and better off. So I just gotta push through this first week of wanting to be super lazy and go back to sleep and I'll be fine! Luckily my bf got a job so alot of the financial burden has been taken off my shoulders so I'm hoping that'll help me also lose some weight because I won't be so stressed. I also plan on going to the doctor soon and getting checked out so that I can make sure everything is running okay so that weightloss will happen. It's gonna take a few weeks to get everything in line but I know that come summer time I'll have lost enough weight to wear tank tops, not a bikini and that's okay, I just want to be confident in a tank top and work on my tan! And my main goal is that next summer I will be bikini ready, it's gonna be a tough year but I've got support and motivation and god holding my hand so I know I can do this. I just gotta fight the voice in my head telling me I'm too tired or to out of shape!
