Lost my mom to brain cancer. Never thought I would see my momma,go. Been planning for burial, so my focus has not been on taking as good of care with myself. This is why I am posting tonight. Need to know it is ok to have a limited time for exercise a eating healthy. However, i also need to know that when I exercise and eat right, I feel better mentally and physically. Thats why I'm heading to bed.

    So very sorry to hear about your mom. It's natural to take a break from routines sometimes and nurture emotions. Just know that you should not get emersed in sadness. Set a date as to when you need to pick yourself up again and get a good workout.

    My Aunt Joan passed from the same thing. It broke everyone's hearts to see her go. Be gentle with yourself, yet not lenient. It is hard to stay on track in your situation.
