How in the world can I eat that much food? When your watching what you eat it's very hard to consume that much food. Veggies have hardly any calories to them. I don't even add me exercise calories.

    i know i use to have a hard time eating mines i use to eat like 700 too 800 a day my heart dr told me i better eat all my calories that once i lost the weight i may not be able to keep up because u need to eat that for energy and u burn over 2000 just breathing he told me i often wonder if i feel the way i do because i did not eat all my calories the first few months after he told me that i added milk to my meals and orange juice to add up the calories and still was below my 1200

    I wish I could. I'm just not that hungry most days. I think that's my weight loss issue. I don't eat enough.

    Make sure you are accurately weighing and measuring your food, you should easily be able to consume 1200 calories in order to get the proper nutrition.
