Setting goals mid-week and mid-month goes against my horoscopic/personality/compuls
ive tendencies, but I have a weird deadline coming up so gotta get serious/re-structured no matter the day of the week!
Hosting a costume party on March 19th and the costume I want to wear will look SO MUCH BETTER if I can whittle down the belly fat a bit more! So, with 30 days available to work hard I really have to give it my all.
So, I'm going to
~Drink 8 glasses H2O EVERY DAY WITHOUT FAIL! Majority, with Apple Cider Vinegar added
~Keep Caffeine to one a day and "treats" to 2, totaling less than 120 calories
~Hit My DAILY FitBit Goals: 15,000 Steps, 25 Flights, 30 Active Minutes
~Participate in Daily Challenges.
~Read more SP motivation articles and get at least 40 points every day.
~Ramp up my strength training WITHOUT over doing it.
~10 Minutes MINIMUM Strength EVERY DAY Either Lower Body, Core or Upper Body
~ABSOLUTELY stop the evening snacking unless its protein (cheese) or vegetables with delicious dips that I will learn to make!
~Allow for only 1 alcoholic beverage a day, max 4 days a week...I'd choose a relaxing glass of wine at the end of a rough day rather than candy!
~Perform daily inspiration/motivation tasks (create new visual goal board, etc)
~Really watch my grocery shopping impulse/naughty purchases. Tying in with MEAL PLANNING!
Whew. It's a lot to remember but just slight adjustments to what I've already been doing so it should be doable!
I'm sure I'm forgetting some other things...
I'm going to try to give myself a daily grade as to how I performed all the above! We'll see how it goes! :)
