I have to drink mine early in the day or I get up 4 to 5 times a night going to the bathroom! But if I do not drink the water I do not lose weight! So I just drink it earlier in the day to make sure I get it in to flush out my system! 1466 days ago
Do you want to take off pounds you need 2 but 3 quarts is better! There ate articles on SP that talk to all the ways water is essential in your diet plan! You can do this. Drink during the day but more in your off time. 1466 days ago
I know what you mean. Im a teacher and its tough to drop everything and go. I tried drinking my water early, at least 4-5 cups before the students arrive. I usually go a couple times before that- but that did not work for long. 1466 days ago
