I got sick today possibly food poisoning but hey I been really good with my low carb diet. I drank almond milk today I hat milk but I can tolerate almond milk it's better tasting and healthier. Plus it doesn't make my stomach hurt. I lack on calcium and vitamin d , I take suupliments for vitamin d not calcium though. So maybe a Glass of almond milk a day? Not sure. Everyone in my house loves it so it might not be possible but hey who knows. I had to miss school and work today. But tomorrow I'm going for sure and going to hit the gym and be on the stair step machine for 45 mins once again to burn this tummy fat.
The weekends coming up though I have to make sure I don't fall into the Saturday is a day to relax so why not eat anything phase lol.
