So guys I was stuck at 170 for what seemed like a week and a half. I wasn't really working out like I was when I first started. I started this diet on 01/23/16. I was weighed 180. I am now 165 on
02/21/16... Going slow but I see progress...probably just some more water weight, well I plan on keeping it off...lol
