Women's Retreat

The theme was Believe. I wasn't planning on going, but got a phone call that someone dropped out and I had a free place if I wanted it. I was at the Grand Hotel in Fairhope Alabama. It was very relaxing. I treated myself to a massage and soaked in the jacuzzi until I resembled a prune. I walked miles. The pain and swelling in my feet and legs is bad. I took fluid pills today and hope the swelling leaves quickly. It is great to lose weight again, but I do get discouraged at the lack of cooperation my legs give me. I do not want to take nsaids after the warning that came out. Tylenol doesn't really work on this pain. Wondering if any of you have recommendations for ways to get rid of swelling and pain in legs?
