After about 4 days of gentle misery I am finally feeling good again. Yesterday was terrible. I had a headache, minor chills and a tummy ache. I slugged around on the couch and recliner all day. I did very little in the way of fitness, only some upper body strength training. I went to bed early and got up late.
When I finally got up and about I had a great productive day. Sometimes your body just wants you to take a break.
