Trying to start to get on track. Not BACK on track, just on track. A track, at least. Had a big lunch but still feel physically hungry. WHY?? Going to chug some water and hope that helps. I really need to get my self together. Not feeling well at all, and I know where that leads.

    You may be eating wrong foods for your body. Think back what foods make you feel full and try eating that in normal portions
