I've fallen off track

I was doing great, tracking what I ate, exercising , etc. then Valentine's Day and my birthday came and I went on vacation... Now.. I can't get back on track...

    Don't beat yourself up about it, you know you've done it before & there will always be events during the year that get in the way of your progress. All you need to do is give yourself small achievable goals to aim for & with your Sparkfriends help & support you will soon get back on track.

    Try to think about what got you motivated to start . Take a small step at a time wether it be having breakfast with protein or doing just ten minutes of exercise. Try to find something that will light the "spark". You can do it!
