long term patience and softer self efacement

Thursday, February 25, 2016

I rarely blog. But I do write in a couple of team threads most days. Except this year... because I've been getting bogged down from lack of alignment with my higher good choices.

Don't get me wrong; I still want to always face toward my higher good. But my choices are in conflict, or so it seems.

When weight is elevating rather than diminishing, and 18 pounds above that stellar maintenance weight sits within my frame, I know that life is just not steady/even, unless I am so rigid that I live like a robot.

Are you having trouble keeping in right order? Are you overwhelmed or confused or disgruntled? It happens. Life cannot be bland forever and hold the thrill of aliveness. So easy does it, friend. Let's just practice self care. Let's just practice choosing another next right action. Let's focus on one item that needs to be done before looking at the pile. Let's do our very best to stay educated and informed and well rounded in our thinking. Let's remember there will always be some garbage in our mind which needs to be cleaned up and discarded.

I want us to remember how most of us are caring citizens of the world who aren't haters and fear mongers. I want us to remember that we are never to give up loving ourselves so we can extend our light onto all of humanity on mother earth. MEND softly with care.

Thank you! I've actually been quite cross with myself recently, so I really needed the reminder. It's wonderful to read such positive thoughts.

It is so true for me. Being down, unhappy and worried shows up in the scale. It not always easy to stay strong but it is important to keep trying
