so ive been striving to be better and so far have seen an improvement! i have been eating breakfast at home everyday, and having salad for lunch, my only problem meal has been dinner because i tend to eat out. Im still working on getting dinner under control but its a slow and steady kind of process. working out has been absent from my life these last few weeks but i have made small adjustments like taking the stairs, and parking farther away at walmart to get in a few extra steps. this week i am officially starting my workout routine, i plan on working out wednesday-friday in the morning and walking the local airport track on saturday. i feel like 4 days will be a good easy start for me and then eventually i can do everyday except sunday. my goal is to drop around 30+ lbs by vacation so ive got roughly 5 months which i think is plenty of time with how heavy i am. anyways im just taking it one day at a time and trying to improve everyday and im not beating myself up about mistakes!
