I'm a number cruncher & though I know numbers only tell a small percentage of the story I like to have solid goals written down so I can see that I am on track. Here is the breakdown of how I hope my weight loss will break down. 2/1/16 - 253 actual 247 3/1/16 - 245 actual 234 4/1/16 - 237 5/1/16 - 229 6/1/16 - 221 7/1/16 - 213 8/1/16 - 205 9/1/16 - 197 10/1/16 - 189 11/1/16 - 181 12/1/16 - 173 1/1/17 - 165 It breaks down to 12 pounds the first month and 8 every month after that. I can do this, it is attainable!

    Month by month seems like a good way to break it down. Having a goal is so important. This is a great motivational goal. emoticon
