after a grueling 4 months of emotional stress eating, its time to get back on the SPARK horse and get back in control of my body. losing a total of 36 #s and then putting 25# back on is unacceptable to me; however, when you're in a dark place you do what is needed to survive & for me that was comfort foods. Exercise was at a stand still when I blew out my knee for 6 weeks doing cardio - so I feel like I'm starting from square one but OH WELL at least I'm starting!!!
I've been missing ME
