this week i will be doing whatever workouts i happen to find or that i have not done in a while. i am not sure what my next fitness challenge will be.
I think a push up challenge will be the next one. i want to be able to do full pushups - with Good form and full range of motion. when i do them i feel like i am only doing them half way or my butt is sticking up.
