to do list complete!

so i completed my to do list and ended up with 100 tasks like id hoped! since i had the time i also split them up into weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks so that i can keep better track of them! i also made weekly sheets for my weekly tasks so that i can simply go and mark an x under the day if i completed the task that way i can keep better track and have visual goals. ill give u a few examples of what i put down in each category incase u wanted to try this your self!

1) 5000 steps a day
2) drink water everyday
3) brush teeth everyday
4) post on weilos (a diet version of facebook)

1)track measurements
2) get a pedicure
3)read a book

1)lose 5,10,20,50,100lbs
2)get a shoulder tattoo
3)take a vacation
4) love my appearance

anyways that's just a few examples of what I've got.

so today has been pretty good so far but i did have a small piece of cake this morning because it was someone birthday here at the office. I'm not gonna come down hard on myself about it because when i do i tend to think "oh well i already messed up so might as well eat what i want today" and i dont want to think that way because that's how i fall off the wagon hardcore. I've been sticking with making my own breakfast every morning and eating salad for lunch and dinner is still iffy. i mean I've been trying to eat healthier for dinner but somedays i wont eat and somedays ill eat terrible and other nights i eat what i should. dinner is definitely my down fall but i feel like I'm slowly getting on track. my main struggle right now if getting up to work out, i woke up fin yesterday but then my mom didnt wake up to work out with me and we workout at her house so i just went home and relaxed. this morning i decided to sleep in instead of going which now i feel bad about. so i really gotta push to go tomorrow and then do something on saturday for an hour or so even if its just walking the local airport track. and then next week hopefully i can get in 3 days with her and 1 on my own and get on track! i really just want to lose around 30lbs by summer vacation so that i can buy a bathing suit and feel not so fat. and then id like to be down by 50lbs come halloween. its gonna be alot of work but i know that i can do it.
