Day 2

I made it through day two of the 28 day boot camp. I didn't do the cool down but I made it all the way through the warm up and the actual short cardio and sculpt and let me tell you I am feeling it. I'm ready to relax for a little bit, the house is clean, I'm going to have some healthy food and have a good evening.
