So I didn't really lose anything this week but I struggled diet wise. Getting back on track tomorrow and am gonna make sure I'm drinking all my water. I'm also gonna work in a couple of workouts and really push to lose around 4 more lbs before the end of the month! If I can just lose 10ish lbs each month over the next few months I can be under 200 come Halloween and then I can really start working towards my goal weight at a slow and steady pace!
