Away for Easter

Tomorrow we're going away for Easter to stay with friends in the country. I'm definitely going to miss the gym and I'm worried that I won't get enough exercise and will have a lot of trouble counting calories throughout the trip.
The friends we're staying with don't know that my fiancé and I are counting calories and they plan on taking us out for dinner as well. I'm not sure how to calculate that, since in Australia restaurants aren't required to (and don't) tell you the nutritional content of their meals, nor can I count on SP to already have any of it, as all of the dining out information seems to be about American franchise restaurants. I think I'll just have to use common sense and "wing it" a bit, take educated guesses and whatnot, so I can at least attempt to keep up with it.
Exercising is going to be difficult also. The countryside is great for walks, but due to my illness, I essentially need to be very near to the house at all times. I can try and take multiple short walks throughout the day and hope they don't get fed up with me, wondering, "Why does Jess keep disappearing for 10 minutes at a time?" I suppose I could do laps of the property, but that would honestly bore the heck out of me. Perhaps I can do some yoga in the morning before anyone else is up.
I'm looking forward to the mini-break and I'm less bothered by these challenges and more excited, as this is the first time we will have really been out with life interrupting since we started calorie counting and since I joined the gym.
