Balancing my food

Wednesday, March 23, 2016

So I'm up 3lbs on the scale which is so annoying. I know its because i havnt quite figured out this whole eating healthy thing. I either eat to few calories or too many, I'm really working on finding the balance. I need more calories in the morning and less at night and recently that's been my down fall. I'm not eating enough calories during the day so when i get home i dont want to cook so i get takeout and its hard to determine how many calories are in that. So anyways next week I'm gonna work to include more calories into breakfast, try to hit around 400ish where as right now I'm around 250.

Next problem is i havnt been sleeping well, so I'm seriously exhausted everyday. I've tried drinking coffee, taking naps, and I've even drunk a few energy drinks but its dosnt help at all. I'm gonna try laying down earlier and seeing if that helps but if not whats something i can take to help me sleep better?

final problem and this is more personal than weightloss related. My relationship is on the rocks at the moment, idk if its "the five year itch" or if I'm honestly just done dealing with it. I feel not like myself majority of the time and i know thats why i put on the weight in the first place. i am giving it a fair chance to be worked on and he has put in more effort into making me happy and i do feel a bit better but in the back of my head i still feel the same. guess i just gotta figure out if its still what i want...

anyways have a great day my sparkly friends!! and just remember today is going to be awesome!

Sounds like you've got a lot going on. I applaud you for taking care of yourself when you're having relationship issues, as it can be tempting to eat away our troubles. Eating late can affect sleep, so it's probably a good idea to eat earlier
