Did it Again!

Last week just before we went away, I strained a muscle in my upper thigh whilst doing squats with the medicine ball. I wasn't doing anything wrong, the PT who taught me how to do them saw me, it was just bad luck I guess.
I was back at the gym for the first time since then today, intending to do a zumba class then yoga. Zumba was fully booked unfortunately (as it seems to be every Wednesday, like an hour in advance), so I decided bugger it, I'll just go into the gym and do what I can before yoga.
Crosstrainer done, all the other weight training done, I looked at the medicine ball, I paced a bit, I thought about the pain last week. Then I thought, nobody ever got anywhere without taking risks, and I did my squats. No pain (except the omg-this-is-so-hard kind), no injuries. I'm proud of myself for overcoming the fear and just getting back to it.
