Can you believe it's April already?? April is off to a great start so far!! I jumped on the scale this morning and I am down 1.5 lbs!! I'm shocked, I know what I ate over the Easter weekend!! This is the first loss since I've become more focused that was above 1 lb, and I'm down about another 1.25 inches this month. I've noticed in the past week or so that I'm finding myself getting fuller faster so I know this is helping with my weight loss.
This is my weekend to work so I've been busy around the house this morning. Cleaning up a little, a few loads of laundry, dinner in the crock pot. Basically on my weekend to work I go to work, come home and sleep, eat dinner and go back to work, repeat. So I like to have the majority of stuff done so I don't come home Monday and have to deal with all of it then. My husband helps out too but I like to have the stuff done myself. I don't let anyone do laundry!!
My allergies have been awful this week. I can't remember having to take my allergy meds for this many days in a row this early in the season. I need to walk around with a box of tissue attached to me!!!
So here are some of my April goals:
Be active at least 10 min 5x/week
10000 steps daily (I'm improving on this!!)
Drink more water (I'm still struggling with this)
At least 600 fitness minutes
I am going to try a new exercise
