Looking back at this past weekend through today, I'm making an extra effort to be aware of when I think I'm hungry. I definitely think drinking a cup of water to help me decide if it's just thirst, and by tracking my calorie intake help tremendously. It may not seem like a huge AH-HA moment, but the sum of all my AH-HA moments will equal a better lifestyle for me. That was my awareness PSA!😌
