Another reason to eat healthier

Just found out that my blood work is showing that I am pre-diabetic. So now I not only am adjusting my diet for fatty liver but this too. Funny how ignoring the advice "eat right and exercise" can come back to bite you in the butt. I can do this! I HAVE to.

    Eating Keto really helps with blood sugar control. I wish I had found Keto a decade sooner.

    I don't know if you measure your blood sugar, but I do, and I can tell you it makes a huge difference. Every meal matters. Since Keto is very low in carbs there is much better blood sugar control due to that. Also dietary fat impacts blood sugar almost not at all, and the first 50 to 60 grams of protein are needed by the body for maintaining muscles and organs, so again not burned so much for fuel.

    All in all, Keto make a big big difference, keeping blood sugar in a much better range. I know, I'm a type-2 diabetic.

    Just got the same prediabetic news last week from my doc...news i didn't want to hear....i need food and drink ideas..good luck with everything
