I weighed in April first at 271. Only 2 pounds down since March weigh-in of 273. However, i gained weight in March and weighed 279. So from that weight gain I lost 8 pounds but I need to make sure I do not gain any weight at all. I am signed up for a weight loss contest at work starting next week. I get results from my MRI today, so I hope I can start exercising again. I am making small changes that are working.
