Well, one week and I've lost 5 #!!
Still tracking, which I REALLY REALLY REALLY feel is so important. I think , heck I know it helps hold me accountable and will make me successful !! Today I'm going to start walking, (I know I walk all day at work, but I'm told that it doesn't count because it's stop and go) so I made my 1st week and now will start my exercise!!
But a big BUMMER my foot is killing me!! Going to push thru though!
