FIVE YEARS!!!!!!!

IT'S 4LIFE!!!!!! I knowledge each moment of my journey. I continue to face many ups and downs, personal issues, family issues, and health. However, I keep pushing. As long as God give me breath and strength to move I am in this game.

My passion and love is still the iron(weight lifting). I love it.....I have created an in home playground that is my place of serenity. I have accomplished some of my personal goals this last year....one was to deadlift my body weight, the other was to get to bar squat 150lbs. I am still a work in progress. ME vs ME!

No I am still not a personal trainer, but I do have the privilege of sharing with others the things that I do. Nutrition is still my struggle. I have since found Flexible Dieting (IIFYM). I love it. I also love that I train with my oldest bodyguard.

If you haven't found your passion, keep searching it's there. It's not just about getting the weight off it's about being healthy.

    Thanks for the update. You look great and I'm glad you found the exercise you love to do. That makes it a life choice. But I understand about the food, that's the harder part. I'd love to hear more about this Flexible dieting whatever that is. I only get on spark nowadays to log food and exercise. I actually just sync the exercise tracker to my fitbit which is pretty easy. But i had a free moment today and decided to come over here and catch up a little.

    I have been thinking about you ladyO. So glad you are still pressing your way. My struggle was both food and exercise. I have been sick with a cold/allergy. Now I am well. I wish so much I liked working out with weights but i loathe them. I always hurt after using weights with my arms. So I have searched out workouts without weight. baby steps. If the bodyguard is your son great. My son is in training for another body building competition. How can I say well his bed manner is a little so much for me. HE is in your face type trainer self made hehehehe. We would end up butting heads. But good you are still pushing! I have3 to ask is flex dieting like calorie cycling??
