I have to keep repeating this to myself because I am beginning to think the 100's are something that will never happen. I have been in the low 200's for a very long time now and the scale is not really coperating these days. Part of it was a plateau and then I went on spring break vacation. So now I REALLY want to be done by the end of this month. But I have wanted to be out of the 200's for the past two months now. So the next two weeks will be buckle down time. I am very close. There is no reason.
So far this year I have lost 11 pounds. Not exactly where I wanted to be. We are in our 15th week so I wanted to at least be 14 pounds down so I have a little catching up to do. So my goal is to lose 3 by the end of the month get in onederland and try and catch up to my weekly goal mark of at least one pound per week this year though I really need to lose more to reach my biggest loser and 5% challenge goals.
So this week I will stay focused on my sodium, drink my water, plan ahead all week, try a new workout this week, spend a little more time outdoors, log everything.
